The Airstrip 200 is a thermally improved glazed-in ventilator with an integrated PVCu external hood. Combining high performance with aesthetics, this is a commercially attractive unit. Its uncomplicated design makes it the ideal ventilator where self-assembly from bar length is required.

Design criteria

Suitable for 20mm, 24mm and 28mm glass thickness. Glass height reduction 50mm. Polyester paint finish in standard colours:

• White (ref HIPCA)
• Black (RAL 9005)
• Brown (RAL 8019)

Other colours available on request.
PVCu hood.
Simon Airstrip 200 is available with knob control, cord control or permanent.

Performance

Tested in accordance with BS EN 1027:2000.
Watertightness limit - 300 pa. Airflow Rates refer to chart
Free Airspace with flyscreen fitted 8,790mm² per metre length.

Manufacture

Simon Airstrip 200 has been manufactured under the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. BVQI certificate no.22389.

Assembly

Simon Airstrip 200 may be supplied made to order or in stock length of 3.7 metres.

Components:
Aluminium body and 1 x PVCu shutter strips-supplied assembled.
Matching PVCu hood.
Pair of end caps (12mm + 4mm spacers where applicable).
Knob mechanism standard.
Glass to ventilator gasket
2 x screws
Flyscreen

Maintenance

The Simon Airstrip 200 may be cleaned with normal window cleaning methods.
